This new mental technology is very simple and yet very profound. These exercises have the power to re-wire your brain so everything in your life shifts.
Anthony Hamilton is a former university professor and a best-selling author.
At the age of ten he had what might be called a 'vision' of his future self after an accident. He fell out of a tree and knocked himself unconscious. In this experience, commonly called an 'out of body' experience, or a 'precognitive dream', he saw himself at the age of 32. From that moment he 'knew' what his life would be about... that he would be writing, traveling and teaching people to live happier and more successful lives.
Shortly after this dream he started two lines of research:
- One... What is success? and what does it take to be successful?
- Two... How is it possible to receive information from the future?
It took him twenty years to find the answers to these two questions, and he has been traveling and teaching people the answers to these questions ever since then.
The answer to the first question is that any person can be successful when they learn and master the "Five Laws of Success".
The answer to the second question is that people naturally get information constantly, but they don't notice it. It is a hidden property of the mind that most people think of as 'daydreaming'. Anthony realized that what we call daydreaming is actually 'mental time travel' but people don't notice it because they have not trained their minds to be able to use it as a creative force in their lives.
Anthony teaches that by learning a few simple mental exercises, people can learn to use their thoughts as a real force in their lives, to create, attract and produce the results that they want to experience. Most people never get beyond the daydreaming stage, which has no power at all. But by learning to discipline themselves by meditation, visualization and using their inborn intuition, people can plan their lives and create the conditions and circumstances they want to experience.
